    1. Allow me to say what I like about being part of United and Honored:
When I first came to this guild from Aerie Peak in March 2011, I came because of my newly found friendship with Bucky. I entered the guild with a little trepidation as there had been some previous guilds that I had belonged to had burned me. As a human, we all make mistakes; it is part of our nature. How not only we as individuals handle mistakes, but how those in our lives respond to those mistakes I believe is what define us.
My time with United and Honored is no different. I have made mistakes but was willing to learn from them but also have found a guild that truly believes in second chances and is willing to allow you to still be treated with respect and friendship.
What I have found with World of Warcraft and with United Honored is a parallel system. The more you put into the collective good, the more you get from it as well.
United and Honored is similar to a family. We have a myriad amount of personalities, time commitments and interests. What sets this guild apart from others is the ability to work together and accept each other and our differences without judgment.
The theme song from the 1980s TV show “Cheers” sums up my feelings nicely:

Making your way in the world today takes everything you've got.
Taking a break from all your worries, sure would help a lot.

Wouldn't you like to get away?

Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name,
and they're always glad you came.
You wanna be where you can see, our troubles are all the same
You wanna be where everybody knows Your name.

  3. this isnt a guild, its a family full of multiple personalities! to say i like this guild would be a lie. I LOVE THIS GUILD! and all the people in it. most of my closest friends are here, and my best friend left but has now found his way back to where he belongs! to say the least, we are all very lucky to have each other..... im not here looking for a prize of any kind! i want to say how lucky i am as a person to have gotten to know most of the people here and to have them in my life one way or another. and for those who dont really know me, RUN NOW WHILE YOU CAN!!!!!!!! lol no really run and dont look back.. but really thank you all for being a big part of my life for many years and putting up with my bipolar ways. y'all are the greatest people to be around, and i enjoy every minute of it

  4. I followed Kickle here from our guild on Aerie Peak what seems like many moons ago. I feel "Honored" to be "United" with all of you. This truly IS a family & I cherish that. Thank you all for making a space for me to hang my hat. :)

  5. I'd like to address that I wouldn't have ever heard of United and Honored without the help of Jake. He let me know what the guild was about. I decided to join shortly after our first encounter and got an invite from Jake's father, Ray. I liked how the guild gathered on Ventrilo to greet me into the family later that night. The atmosphere was already inspiring for me, bringing good first impressions. I settled in and started interacting further with the guild. I have shared good moments with several of the guild members and helped some out in-game, eventually landing me an officer position in the guild. I'll admit I had a few slips, but I have done my best to learn from my mistakes and move on. I genuinely enjoy being in this family, as it gives me inspiration no other guild has done for me before. Thanks to everyone in the family for making WoW a better experience for me.
    Sincerely,
    Bronson / Kungshifu
